Delivery & returns
UK delivery
We currently deliver within the UK only. Choose Second Class (£2.50), First Class (£3.50) or Tracked (£5.50) delivery at checkout. Second Class delivery is free when your product subtotal reaches £20.00.
Production & dispatch
Orders normally take 7 working days to produce before dispatch. Your selected delivery service begins after this production period.
Returns and cancellation
For eligible non-personalised goods bought online, you can tell us you want to cancel within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You normally pay return postage. We refund the goods and the applicable standard outbound delivery charge; an upgraded delivery charge is not refundable.
Personalised or made-to-your-specification products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation once work has begun, but this does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photographs and your order number so we can help.
